This video shows how to synchronize your Galaxy S7 with Outlook data in a few simple steps. AkrutoSync supports syncing Outlook contacts, calendars, notes and tasks with Galaxy S7 and other Android phones and tablets. Check more details here: http://www.akruto.com/best-ways-to-sync-android-with-microsoft-outlook/ What's so hard about syncing Samsung Galaxy S7 with Outlook? The answer is in the major vendors' policies that push people to use cloud without giving reliable non-cloud alternatives. If you don't want to store your data on 3rd party servers, your closest solution is Samsung Smart Switch, which in the most cases can't be called reliable because of the constant freezes and duplicated entries. This makes most of Galaxy S7 users search for Smart Switch alternatives for their Android devices. And the answer to these searches is AkrutoSync. How to sync Galaxy S7 with Outlook contacts using AkrutoSync Syncing Outlook contacts is one of the first things Outlook users do when buying a new Galaxy smartphone. And while native software could generate many issues, AkrutoSync syncs contacts in a blink of an eye without even a chance of duplicating something. To sync contacts between your desktop Outlook and Galaxy S7, install and open AkrutoSync. Then, when asked to choose the type of data for syncing, choose the proper contacts folder you want to sync with Galaxy S7. Follow the rest of steps and modify Galaxy S7 sync settings to enable two-way syncing. Syncing calendar events between Galaxy S7 and Outlook Syncing Outlook calendar with Galaxy S7 is easy when you have AkrutoSync. Simply choose the proper Outlook calendar folder you want to sync and follow the rest of steps to modify your Galaxy S7 settings. After everything is done, all past and current calendar events will be transferred from Outlook into the native calendar app of your smartphone. The entire syncing process takes just a few minutes and after this, every new calendar event or even a slightly change in an appointment will be automatically synced across all connected devices. This method is your best your best option in case Outlook calendar not syncing with Smart Switch or you simply don’t like using cloud services for your personal data. Syncing Outlook Tasks with Galaxy S7 Many Outlook power users use Outlook Tasks to manage their schedule and to-do lists. If you are one of the, then syncing Outlook tasks with your Galaxy S7 something you should do right after buying this new smartphone. In order to sync Outlook Tasks open AkrutoSync and go to Configure AkrutoSync in the program’s main window. After choosing the type of connection, choose proper tasks folder and follow tips illustrated in the interface to complete syncing. Now your PC Outlook is ready to transfer the data and you need to setup everything on Galaxy S7 side. To work with Outlook tasks you should install a special app called Tasks and Notes for MS Exchange, which will enable your Galaxy S7 to sync tasks data. Another option is called Touchdown and it can also work the same way as the app suggested before. How to transfer Outlook Notes from Outlook to Galaxy S7 Syncing notes is similar to syncing any other type of Outlook data described above. Just like with Tasks, you should specify the proper notes folder in AkrutoSync interface and install one of the following apps on Galaxy S7: • Touchdown app • Tasks and Notes for MS Exchange After you will finish the setup process, all the tasks you will add in either Outlook interface or Galaxy S7 will be synced with all connected devices automatically. This means you don’t have to press anything after changing something in your notes folder – AkrutoSync will do everything behind the scene. And here are some answers to the common questions about syncing Outlook with Galaxy S7: Q: If I have two Galaxy S7 smartphone, can I sync both devices with Outlook 2013? A: You can sync unlimited Android devices with your PC Outlook within one license. And in case you want to connect two smartphones of the same model, AkrutoSync allows that. Q: How do I connect Calendar events from my home where I have Outlook 2010 and from my office PC with Office 2016? I need both calendars to sync with my Galaxy S7. A: To do this, you need to have two AkrutoSync license codes and install it on both of your PCs. After this, choose the right connection method for each PC (Wi-Fi or Internet) and set up a new Exchange ActiveSync account for each of two PC-based Outlook. Q: Can I sync a separate set of data with Galaxy S7 and another Android phone? A: Because you will have to sync each smartphone individually, you will be able to set up a different set of Outlook data ti sync with each smartphone.

Hello Guys, thanks for stopping by my channel. This video tutorial shows you how to add your Office 365 exchange email account in the Gmail app. The device I used in this tutorial was a Nexus device running Android Lollipop (5.1.1) The only devices that support Exchange in the Gmail app "out of the box" are the Nexus devices running Android L. However, there is a work around. You can go do this website http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/exchange-services/exchange-services-6-5-1520254-android-apk-download/ on your phone and install the Android APK that allows Exchange to work in the Gmail App. After installing the Exchange APK you will need to reboot your phone. After the reboot you should be able to add an Exchange Account in your Gmail App. I verified that this worked on my One Plus One device. Please leave a comment below if this video helped.

Here is a quick tutorial to setup your Exchange Email account on your Android phone. Hello and welcome to the Braintek video tutorials. My name is Greg, owner of Braintek. Today, I’m going to show you how to add your exchange email onto your Android phone. So here, I’ve got a Samsung device. We’re going to go over here to ‘Apps.’ Look for ‘Email’ on the list. And if you don’t have an account, it’ll bring you right up to here. So we can just go ahead and add our Exchange account. Go ahead and type in your email address. Type in your password. Click ‘Next.’ Here, we’re going to choose a type. We’re going to choose ‘Microsoft Exchange.’ It’s going to look for some settings and if it can’t find it, we’re going to have to populate some additional settings here. We’re just going to wait and see how this looks. Security warning. So, the site name doesn’t match. That’s okay. We’re going to click ‘Continue.’ Unable to set up the account. So that means we just need to add some additional settings, so make sure that you have these settings ahead of time. So you’re going to need your Domain – this is going to be the network domain that you would use at your office. You need to know the server address – this would be the outside address. That’s the only two settings we’re going to change here. We’re going to leave everything else. If everything is correct, it should continue. So it says “Remote security.” If your server has this then that’s okay, click ‘Okay.’ Here, it’s going to ask us for some settings on how long we want to sync – so we can do 3 days – push-push is all fine, what it’s going to retrieve, how often it’s going to sync your calendar, do you want it to sync your email contacts, calendar, tasks, sync text messages. So I’m just going to leave all of the defaults here. We’re going to click ‘Next.’ Here it’s says the server is going to have some abilities. You can review that. We’re just going to click ‘Activate.’ Here, we’re going to give it some kind of name so if you’ve got multiple email accounts, you can decide which way you’d like it to be set. We’re going to click ‘Done.’ Here, it brings us to the mail box so we’ll just go ahead and compose a new message. We’re just going to send it to ourselves. We’re going to send it. And there it is. Our test message just came in that we just sent to ourselves. Sent from this Galaxy S5. I’d like to thank you for watching the Braintek video tutorials. Please check out our other videos on the Braintek channel and have a great day!

In This Video in Hindi Jagvinder Thind shows how to use autodiscover in Outlook Exchange 2010. Autodiscover service automatically configures user profile settings for clients running Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010, as well as supported mobile phones. The Client Access server role is one of five server roles in Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. The Client Access server role accepts connections to your Exchange 2010 server from different clients. Software clients such as Microsoft Outlook Express and Eudora use POP3 or IMAP4 connections to communicate with the Exchange server. Hardware clients, such as mobile phones, use ActiveSync, POP3, or IMAP4 to communicate with the Exchange server. You must install the Client Access server role in every Exchange organization and every Active Directory site that has the Mailbox server role installed. The Client Access server role also provides access to free/busy data by using the Availability service and enables certain clients to download automatic configuration settings from the Autodiscover service.
