How Bitcoin will Crash 2018 Explained!

397 ratings | 14215 views
WARNING! How Bitcoin will Crash 2018 Explained. Cryptocurrencies are an abstract idea to understand today so I use real dollars and coins to break down how a crypto currency works and I give my thoughts on how I believe the bitcoin bubble or any other crypto currency can fail and crash. Thank you to everyone who commented on my last video. I read every comment and you guys were so encouraging. I really appreciate those comments for real. Let's get 2018 started off good. Business videos are back. Boost the like button if you're happy! PS: I'm not saying that it's going to crash 2018, I'm just describing my idea about how it works and how it can crash. What do I think about CryptoCurrency? I think it is a positive thing, It just needs a little more in terms of risk security. I mean just like $250,000 your money is federally insured in a bank account, I feel cryptocurrencies should have some insurance behind them to protect people who use it. - Watch My Last Business Video Here: https://youtu.be/bj_S_F1dBEQ Facebook Page: http://www.Facebook.com/RashaadRahh Snapchat me: http://www.snapchat.com/add/Rashaadrahh Intagram: @RashaadRahh Twitter: @Whorahh

except everything he said about bitcoin up to minute 7 (as far as I could make it) was 100% incorrect/false. I was trying to work out if it was a parody/comedy sketch, but seemed serious. Yes, bitcoin is a speculative and extremely early adoption phase experimental technology. No-one controls it, and no centralized entities "issue" the currency. I'm not saying put your money in, there are many ways of accumulating crypto without buying it via fiat; but seriously people need to learn what bitcoin/crypto is before they act like they know. I greatly recommend Andreas Antonopoulos' youtube channel (anantop) and all of his talks if you really want to learn about it
anicca 444 (5 months ago)
The main fallacy in the video is that there is an assumption that satoshi nakamoto (pseudonym for anonymous bitcoin creator(s)) either creates or controls bitcoin beyond producing the initial software and mining some bitcoin in the early days. Yes, of course satoshi mined quite alot of bitcoin and a large/majority portion of that remains dormant to this day 9 years later (you can look up his known wallet with tons of bitcoin in). No one knows whether they will ever move. I would be surprised if they did, no doubt he/they mined other much smaller amounts of bitcoin (but still significant) to other addresses as the network became larger, they're not poor for sure. Issuance of the currency and inflation/deflation curve is baked into the code - set issuance, no central printing of money like fiat... mining helps secure the network and consensus mechanism(s) of bitcoin. A block-reward to whomever solves each block (large mining pools made up of many miners or mining farms these days)... there is a huge requirement of energy to do this.. (to change the ledger in a way that is cheating the network would require an ungodly amount of energy/money these days, bitcoin is the most secure crypto out of them all thus far). So the price being set does not depend on satoshi "selling" the coins to anyone at any set amount... the free-market (with it's share of manipulation by fiat-whales just like any market) acts as a price-finding mechanism, and the value comes largely from the decentralization/technological potential... and extreme scarcity of "whole" bitcoins in comparison to the paper printing machines we call central banks... so yes, it's hugely speculative... no doubt, all new technologies/potentials are.. the whole crypto space including bitcoin is still absolutely minuscule compared to where it could be in a few years/decade.. but measuring the success of it in "fiat" value is a little non-nonsensical imo. It's not an investment, it's an experiment of decentralization that can radically improve how we practice self sovereignty/privacy and even make public institutions more transparent. I greatly recommend Andreas Antonopoulos' channel; again. (anantop)

Lol nice try except you can't just "Create" Bitcoins. It costs over 2,000.00 dollars worth of electricity to "create" exactly 1 Bitcoin. It's not faith that give Bitcoin its value. That's why the price doesn't go down below 5,000.00 dollars. If you "created" a diamond rock for 2,000.00 dollars, would you sell it for 500.00 dollars? Probably not. Good try though 😉
Sammy Smith (3 months ago)
I don't think that creating a Diamond Rock for 2000 is a good analogy, because Diamond has an intrinsic value despite the marketing valuation. A good analogy for the Bitcoin would be... If you create a Nothing for 2000, would you sell it for 500?. The answer depends. If none is buying at this price, I can wait, perhaps a week, o month, years, or I can try to get something back.
Sammy Smith (3 months ago)
+Crypto Goku but right now... Bitcoin is just for speculative use, too volatile for common currency.
Crypto Goku (9 months ago)
It's determined by the price of electricity but also many other factors. How much it costs to make/mine bitcoin, how much it costs to make the miners that mine/make bitcoins(VERY expensive), How LONG its takes to mine 1 bitcoin, how it costs little to nothing much to transfer an asset to a different country without paying tax which is very value to people, as well as the limited supply of 21 millions bitcoins in the entire world. So I would say it's even more scarce than diamond, gold, and any other natural resource combined. Blockchain technology doesn't allow Bitcoin to simply be "created" which is one of the reasons why BTC's value will never be a "speculative" value. People just don't realize how much it costs to mine one single bitcoin and the time it takes.

OK I get it. Some jokes were told. Here is the problem though RashaadRahh. The optics of the whole thing are typical in a bad way. I will let you guess my perspective on this, but lets just say the HBCUs and Jamaican people of the world might be just a bit disappointed in this description regardless of how hilarious your attempt at a Jamaican and Bitcoin Master interpretation was. True, there was a small group of folks who started Bitcoin. I guess they are "Bitcoin Master" in your comedy skit. That was about the only accurate part of your parody. Although we all recognize now that it is a parody only due to your follow up comments after the fact, parodies make fun of the truth not lies or inaccuracies. So there is the rub. Regardless if I agree or disagree with the humor in your comedy or the fact that you seem to take the time to put up subtitles to change incorrect statements in what you now call a comedy, I have to care about how the lack of research is coming off to the folks who matter regarding their perspectives on African Americans. You know, the future employers of the world who may one day look across the table at another young, smart and comedic RashaadRahh and say, "NOPE, I'll pass. They are always on joke time and never research the facts before making statements to over 200K folks". Also, I am hoping that there are many many young RashaadRahhs and Rasheeda Rahhs out there watching your content, but also disappointed if this video is their first introduction into the cyrptocurrency world. Let me see if I can help with the Part II version of this video. I am counting on you RashaadRahh to follow through with it. Here are some additional players in the Bitcoin "game" so that hopefully, the audience I think you are attempting to speak to, will come away with some better ideas on how to both CAPITALIZE and CONTRIBUTE to what may be the best opportunity in a lifetime for EVERYONE to build wealth instead of playing on table or street corner full of 100 dollar bills. So the Master (Satoshi Nakamoto) was no more as soon as the OPEN BLOCKCHAIN concept was released to the public. From that day forward, Bitcoin was controlled by a free and open community of disparate individuals across the world. That's what makes it so attractive to folks; especially folks in oppressed countries where central control by real crooked "GOVCOIN Masters" is deadly or at least very questionable. Next, BITCOIN is not magically developed by the "Bitcoin Master's" Magic Cookie machine. He does not solely determine when a Bitcoin gets made not only because he is presumed dead, but it is technically impossible. No RashaadRahh, there is a very large group of very dedicated folks called MINERS who use their own hard work and money in building GPU/ASIC servers, electric grids, and configuration. In return for that hard work and expense in electric/funds, they earn parts of Bitcoins that eventually turn into full bitcoins to be held or returned to the market if they so choose. They also help the Bitcoin ecosystem out by processing transactions on the blockchain by solving massively hard computations with that same equipment. RashaadRahh, keep in mind that these folks can and should look like you and me because there is good wealth to be built if we put our heads together instead of remaining on joke time. However, I would bet my next investment returns that the percentage is not high. I will give you one guess as to why that may be. The next group is the Exchanges. This is a wild west of various different organizations/websites that exist solely to promote exchanging of coins/tokens between individuals. So your parody about the Bitcoin Master controlling all the selling and buying back of Bitcoins is patently false and misleading. The Exchanges charge a minimal fee for transactions but make literally millions of dollars in the vast number of transactions and fees accumulated. This RashaadRahh, is another avenue for wealth building in the right hands and a perfect time to get in this part of the business. In closing, I noticed that many of the commenters kinda just patted you on the head in pity or tried to make their case by sharing what they made. I tried a different approach, I give you the rod to fish with. Happy Fishing.

Crypto is not failing, it is being stolen by the elite. They are manipulating everyone into selling off their investments so they can buy in at a low price and secure a position below everyone then bam, you will see crypto rise like never before once they get their evil hands on those bottom positions. This is not a market failing, it's a market being manipulated and its blatantly obvious. They are using scare tactics of taxation outlawing and strict regulation to make everyone panic sell so they can buy cheap.

Would you really send that hundred to a mystery person." Hell no you wouldn't you are basically getting robbed by a mystery person and with no gun. You should have done better research and grasp the concept of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and try to understand the fundamentals of bitcoin and blockchain technology before publishing a video like this. Videos like these promote FUD and are bias because of ignorance. Cryptocurrency has created one of the biggest financial shifts ever experience and it continues to shift wealth to the less fortunate parts of the world, poor people are becoming rich and experiencing abundance right now through cryptocurrencies because of the decentralized nature. People in rural areas that had no access to banks and financial securities and assets can participate in digital assets once they have internet access and access to a pc or smart phone. Bitcoin and most other cryptocurrencies are community based and not centralized like FIAT currencies and in most poor countries people don't buy bitcoin or altcoins they earn them, from mining, and participating on website like steemit etc., where you are rewarded for blogging or doing other tasks, then you may use the earnings to trade between other altcoins or use then to purchase goods and services. If you didn't know bitcoin can't be printed out of thin air like your Federal bank notes, it is created through a process called mining which can be done by anyone interested in mining and is not controlled by one person or a "bitcoin master", Bitcoin has value because of the cost via electricity and computing equipment used to mine the bitcoins is taken into consideration and the price appreciated and fluctuates based on supply and demand. Bitcoin has created wealth for many, and will be continually used as a wealth creation tool by many poor people for as long as it exist. We can finally do the things we always dreamed about because of bitcoin. It is unfortunate that people like you will cause some people to miss out on the abundance of free money floating around in crypto currencies. Only rich people will loose money if Bitcoin ever crash anyway... Do you think poor people can even afford to invest in Bitcoin? We earn cryptocurrency and spend them as we earn so we will never loose. If you were posting your videos to steemit and earning free steem dollars that you can then trade for bitcoin on an exchange called bittrex, then send it to coinbase or payza then to your bank account or go directly to a store or website and spend it, I guess you wouldn't be talking so much of shit. You can continue thinking that your USD and other federal and government FIAT currencies wouldn't crash, continually thinking your government is rich and your USD in your bank is federally insured, and you will get back your money worth in gold or fedcoins from your bank when the dollar crashes, but please don't mislead others, keep live in your bubble while we make money in our Bitcoin bubble. Stick to other topics if you have no experience in using, earning, mining or trading bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Now if you want, you can use this comment as a topic and make a better video pointing out the good aspects of bitcoin vs the negative and upload it to Steemit and earn free money. I can't understand how someone who claims to be about making money and showing less fortunate people how to make money fighting down Bitcoin / cryptocurrency which is the easiest money a poor man might ever make in his life, you should be telling people to beat the iron while it is hot and encouraging people to make and spend as much bitcoin as possible in the short term and use bitcoin now to eat well and travel and do the stuff they could not have done previously because of the corrupt governments and corrupt financial organization /systems that had us by our balls. I guess you are probably sponsored by the feds.
RashaadRahh (1 year ago)

Those who have ears to hear let them hear, and those who have eyes to see let them see. 1 Steem dollar is currently valued at $4.70 USD today, I made a video about etherzero yesterday and posted it on steemit and already made $10 steem dollars from it which I'm going to sell on bittrex and then send to payza and wire transfer to my bank account in Trinidad and Tobago where $1 USD is $7 TT dollars. I'll probably pay off a small debt and carry out my family to dinner at marios since I love marios pizza. Every week when I cash out I'll do something different that I like to do or things I could not have afford to do previously. I'm going on vacations this year and also sponsor breakfast and lunch to all the homeless people in our capital city of Port of Spain this christmas 2018 too, once crypto stay around long enough and once God spear my life. When I spend time with my family eating a pizza from free bitcoin I earned from posting a 10 minute video, I can't see how I will loose if/when it crashes. Store your treasures in the kingdom of God by living good and doing good to others and living by the commandments of God and not the laws of the governments, If you store your treasures / wealth in bitcoins, USD or gold/silver etc. you will get screwed eventually either way. Spend what you have on what really matters while you can, enjoy it and live your life to the fullest, giving all the glory to the most high. Be a blessing to others also.

satoshi nakamoto (the pseudonymous creator of bitcoin) has no control of the issuance of bitcoin. The issuance comes from mining (collectively and additionally securing the network and consensus mechanisms)

Lemme break it down real simple. The price is whatever people will pay. The Bitcoin Master(s) are whales, exchanges (like Coinbase) and basically the gateways to change from Bitcoin to USD cash money. So, it crashes when no one will buy at 13,000, but someone will sell at 12,500. Then someone makes a buy offer for 12,000. The next holder offers 11,500 for a sell price. This goes on until it hits bottom. Imagine a flea market selling some shit that just went out of style.

There is no person who's creating Bitcoin and that person doesn't set the price. You seem to be under the impression that there's some central force that controls the distribution and price of Bitcoin which just isn't the case. This video would be more accurate if you were explained how governments worked.

Dawg you gotta stop wasting peoples times with all those unnecessary words in this video. Your whole idea of bitcoin, the whole argument is flawed. You did very little research an talked shit from the top of ya head, something americans love to do. If you researched how bitcoin was created mined and in the blockchain you'd know its much more complicated than that. It started off at 0.00001 to the £ btw. Currency is currency. Like gold or diamonds in the past. Its a coin. It's limited. It's price rise happened because investors put money into the pound on trading platforms against the dollar like they do with bitcoin. Now if more people buy bitcoin, the demand and price goes up. If everyone sells then the price will obviously go down. But who's selling something thats now worth £12 bags. You dickheads should do research on crypto currencies instead of talking out ya ass. It's not going to crash, if it was 65% of bitcoin wouldn't be owned by 10 accounts. When have you heard of the rich owning more than the poor... Here to. Invest in ripple or another crypto and get ya fucking money up you dumb ignorant motherfuckers. If bitcoin is gonna crash, that means the pound is just as likely to crash given the circumstances, Its not the zimbabwean dollar, those rich motherfuckers are gonna keep holding till it hits a million, and you poor idiots will stay bitter not willing to take risk. It's not my place to defend a currency, do your own research. P.s- I made way more money than you in school and in college, and now in uni an we came from the same background hahaha. Some of it was from bitcoin, Reselling kicks and hype items for 3x profit was amazing while it lasted. Why don't you give people some real financial or make money advice.

Now I’m a senior in high school and I have around 2 bitcoins worth of cryptocurrency 😄

New bitcoins are not sold into the "system". They are giving to the people mining . So nobody is making money when they are giving out as reward.

I know. It’s very difficult to mint bitcoins now a days. When they successfully complete the block chain, they are rewarded with bitcoins.

He literally just taught us about Bitcoin, and showed off his money at the same time..

except everything he said about bitcoin up to minute 7 (as far as I could make it) was 100% incorrect/false.

I like the wave vids but you have no idea what you’re talking about with this... this video is following the trend of people who don’t know about bitcoin creating content about it! I like your channels tho
