See the before and after of the small Tudor home we remodeled!
We started this project last year and worked with our friends from college to give their cute old home a major facelift inside and out. This project proves that good design can be found in homes big and small — with an emphasis on small! We partnered with Benjamin Moore to completely change the look of the home! The Cement Tile Shop added pattern and character with the kitchen and bathroom floor. With brand new window treatments by the Shade Store, we took each room to the next level with a polished, upscale look. Serena and Lily's couch perfectly paired with the Nina chair from Article for a casual eclectic vibe in the living room.

Hey! You were in communications in college but you didn’t leave it behind! For while you are primarily a designer you are also a communicator via YouTube!!! And you knock both out of the park. Let me also say thanks for making longer videos like this. When it is about topics I adore, I can easily watch longer videos. I struggle with pain and lack of sleep issues so constantly hitting the screen, changing to new videos can be a real struggle (but I need the distraction so I focus less on the pain). Yours allow me to relax and enjoy.
I know this video is over a year old but I'm commenting anyway. I live in Denver so was very interested in this transformation. We lived for several years in a 1928 raised ranch home near Sloans Lake. We painted and decorated but I'll say it was a real challenge in the small spaces! I love how this job turned out. In hindsight, I can see how I could have taken the 1928 brick ranch house to a whole new level after watching this transformation.
so cool i am amazed but please may i ask why you have the owner of the house (your client) in clip 4:30- 4:31 doing some form of designing with your team?? just trying to understand whats going on.. cheers
I have just discovered you guys on youtube and am very inspired by what you are doing!! This particular make over is really amazing! Everything is so stylish and sophisticated and yet subtle. If only I had the budget, I would let you come over (to the Netherlands, where I live) and restyle my appartement. Till then, guess I'll just keep looking at your posts and try to copy what you do ;-)
I am so ecstatic at how this turned out. You guys are so talented ohmg. There's so many houses we plan on buying but don't because of how they look but these totally changed my mind. These spaces are absolutely transformed and they look so stunning!!
Hi again! I love how you transformed this home, well done! I love the dining room table and chair, love the black and tan look you created. Do you sell that dining table and chairs in your shop? Also, that small white console table in the dining room, where is that from? Been looking for one similar.
Hi! So glad you like the home. Yes we sell them in our shop!

I've watched many of your videos. I'm so impressed with your style and attention to details. It's a whole new level of awesomeness! I just love how you mix modern, traditional, and thoughtful uses of color. Amazing job guys!
hello, SM! I love what you've accomplished with this home. I wanted to ask you if the old gutters where painted in copper, or if they where changed for new copper ones? If they where painted, what paint did you use? thanks!!
Thanks Christine!! We will definitely keep that in mind. In the mean time we have a ton of blog posts about paint colors: http://www.studio-mcgee.com/studioblog/2014/10/24/ask-studio-mcgee-gray-paint, http://www.studio-mcgee.com/studioblog/our-favorite-black-paints, http://www.studio-mcgee.com/studioblog/2016/9/29/ask-studio-mcgee-our-favorite-blue-paint, http://www.studio-mcgee.com/studioblog/2015/6/4/ask-studio-mcgee-our-favorite-white-paints, and we always give some suggestions on the blog! Xo
So, is it okay to mix the hardware colours (gold) with different electrical appliance colours (silver)? How do you balance it out in a small space? This home is absolutely stunning and I think the green cabinetry looks beautiful!
Thank you, Christy! So glad you found us! I shop at a variety of places. I love Zara, Anthropologie, Madewell, Nordstrom! Every week on our blog I do a "Sunday 7" post where I share clothes I am wearing! :)
I love watching your videos. Such great ideas. I love white cabinets. What is a good color white to use. I like more cool tones not a yellowie white. And not brute white. Have Benjamin Moore white dove on moldings. Any recommendations to look at
I just wanted to ask you, how did you transition from your original major to such amazing interior design skills? I am curious because ID is definitely a passion of mine and after BA in political science I would like to know how. =) Thank you!
I've got a question which I notice in all well styled kitchens. Where do people dry their dishes? I notice that there are no dish-racks for drying or draining areas. are there any tips to style this daily use element in a kitchen?
Great question! Most our clients use our clients use dry racks that stored away until they are used! We just don' like to include them in the photographs :) We like to use ones ;ike this: https://www.wayfair.com/Yamazaki-USA-Inc.-Tosca-Dish-Drainer-Rack-YZUS1183.html, because they still look pretty in the kitchen!

However, if your policy is not yet on a stipulated billing cycle, this is typically what you will see when we send you a payroll report.
A split payroll report is sent when there is an Anniversary Rating Date on your policy, which is the month and day that rates, rating plans and rating systems are initially applied to a policy in force and each annual anniversary thereafter. Your payroll will need to be annotated for each period specified.

We will need a complete employee job description before we add the classification to the policy. Please do not report payroll in the new classification until it has been reviewed and endorsed to your policy.
