I have never fermented vegetables..gonna try it first with cucumbers. Do I have to burp or loosen the lid if so how many times a day and can I use pink Himalayan salt? Thanks 🙏🏾❤️

Just plain salt other types of salt may kill the good bacteria. We just leave the lind on loosely that way you don’t have to burp it ... Many Blessings My Friend... Dr Haider 😀🙏🏻❤️

You could eat them right away but the longer you wait the better usually within a week or two

Regular salt and just leave the lid on loosely ... Many Blessings My Friend... Dr Haider ... You can add vinegar too but it will kill most of the bacteria ... these pickles are for short term use ... not for keeping for months 😀🙏🏻❤️

Go by your flavor taste that’s the most important way ... but if you add vinegar it will kill most of the bacteria... so it’s not a good thing and they should keep 3 or 4 weeks—at the most... but they won’t last that long ... Many Blessings My Friend... Dr Haider 😀🙏🏻❤️
