I became so fired up to try the diet program “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it). My diet regime and also my frequency of several exercises wasn`t modified as well as change. Fact, one should eat a few bottles of curcuma or tumeric to get daily recommend dosis of curcumin, active ingredient who provides all this anti-inflammatory effects. Get te isolated curcumin in capsules because taking it through the curcuma powder is basically useless.

I'm a chemist- actually I'm not sure we're on the right foot because you blocked me haha BUT I still appreciate you A TON! I just think correct science should be spread, that being said! Just a quick footnote: sodium IS an electrolyte and a mineral. Salt doesnt contain sodium, electrolytes and minerals. An electrolyte is a chemical substance that dissipates into ions when in solution aka water, stomach, etc. Sodium is your positive ion and Chlorine is your negative ion.!

To take advantage of the minerals in that salt or pink himalayan salt, any expensive salt... You need to eat a least ½ cup, which is impossible haha. You feel better eating with that salt because of a placebo effect. :) Just eat the right amount. So don't worry people, you can sprinkle some table salt in your food, just remember that all extreme or excess is bad.🍃
Tips for using tumeric efficienctly: Turmeric contains compounds that have important medicinal properties. One of that compound is called curcuminoids, the most important of them is called curcumin. Curcumin is one of the main ingredients found in tumeric which has both anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Curcumin content in tumeric is only 3 % and it is poorly absorbed in the bloodstream. In order to increase the absorption of curcumin, it's recommended to take it with black pepper. Black pepper contains piperine, a natural substance that enhances the absorption of curcumin by 2000%. More research and articles are available on this topic if anybody is interested. Just found out about this recently. So thought I would share it with everyone.
Another easy, delicious way to get a daily dose of turmeric in is to put about a teaspoon in with brown rice and water when you put it in your rice cooker. It turns the rice yellow, and every time you serve something over rice you get some turmeric in! :)

Hey Sam! love all of your videos! however I think it would be very beneficial to your credibility as a health and fitness youtuber if you attached some medical journals or scientific articles when you discuss certain information such as himalayan salt having lots of "electrolytes and minerals". according to who? what are the electrolytes and minerals? why do i need these additional electrolytes and minerals? what will happen if i consume these additional electrolytes and minerals? health is a science after all. all science needs to be backed up by facts or else you are no better than someone trying to sell fit tea or sugar bear hair gummies.

Does your salt have Iodine? I am Vegan and I had an Iodine deficiency. People get their Iodine from table salt( gov added it because if deficiency) and cows milk( they put it on their udders for infection, gross) long story short, they had me use table salt and in one month my blood work came back normal. FYI they thought I had hypothyroidism. I had no other symptoms just Iodine def. 💛🌱

Does Jarod have tinea versicolor ? That's what I have and anytime I eat sugars and too many carbs (and non glutinous grains) I get a rash all over. But even humidity and hormones causes the rashes. I live in ohio and I'm pregnant (not a good combo). So I use treetea oil or oregano oil topically when i break out. I also eat extra probiotics in my diet.
I am vegan & have IBS ( I had it before going vegan).
I have found that drinking a bottle of water before it eat in the morning has really helped with any issues with bloating and stomach pain.

Hey Sam! You should look into copper toxicity. The copper in your cooking pans could be depleting your iron and zinc! I just got a copper iud and looked at all that information. Just thought I’d share since I know you shared your iron levels are lower so maybe it’s something that can help you. I hope you see this! Love you!!!!!
