// About Me
My name is Etienne Crete (from Montreal, Canada). I'm a swing Forex trader and help aspiring Forex traders develop a trading method that works for them so they can produce income allowing them to live with more freedom.
What you must know: I'm all for trading foreign exchange, but I think freedom is much more important than time spent in front of your computer.
I blog at www.desiretotrade.com and host the Desire To Trade Podcast. I was fed up with the “fake” millionaire traders and the “get-rich-quick-trading guys”. That's why you can expect more free content from me than what other people charge for!
If you truly want to succeed in Forex trading, I believe you need to keep working on yourself so you can improve your strengths, but also your weaknesses. Do not focus solely on what you're good at.
This video expresses my personal opinion only. Forex trading is risky. Make sure you are ready to trade. Even this will not guarantee you positive results. I am not responsible for any losses incurred due to your trading or anything else. I do not recommend any specific trade or action.

the screen didn't cause you to wear glasses...I have been staring at a screen for 30 years, the last 5 years just nonstop all day every day, the last year or so was at charts...still great eyesight. Everything else about my health went to shit but eyes are workin great lol
It's true, we don't listen to our elders and I'm sure you (Jason) didn't either. It's like we say, 'if only I knew then what I know now' but i guess learning from our mistakes is in effect building a strong foundation for what is going to come later. Great video!
After a rather long learning curve, I have at last attained highly consistent profitability in Fx trading. This is perhaps the only video I have yet seen here on this topic that I found to be legitimate, honest, and useful for aspiring Fx traders. However, it does not go into great depth as to methods. But it conveys two important messages: 1) success in Fx trading IS actually possible, and 2) becoming expert at technical Fx trading does take a lot of work, dedication to the process, and constant study of charts and price action. Kudos to Jason for a very good and open interview! I nodded in agreement throughout this lengthy video.
When it comes to a trade plan, are we talking about a set of rules for each system you trade? Or is it a set of general rules that you follow for all systems? I've got IF THEN rules for a system but I hear alot of talk about "Your trade plan" as if it's a set of rules for your trading in general... all answers welcome
+SypherXIII That's a great question! You should have 1 trade plan per system/strategy. Over time, you create a playbook with many of those plans. This is the template I follow for my plans: https://youtu.be/T3uDSXaeaA0
At 31.00 basically your saying your not certified? I am not saying Jason is no good I actually like him but anyone wanting to trade or start learning need to watch this from Anton Kriel he is a real pro in the business. https://youtu.be/L7G0OfJUON8
this is like a condom for traders. Also a good trader to look at on youtube is Tom Dante he is a no BS guy. Just be careful out there guys its a money making machine at the end of the day and its got to come from somewhere!!
Incredible, I felt deeply reflected on you. Your motivations, intentions, conviction, what you were is what i am right now. I know this sound strange, but im serious, every word you said has been on my life in this period (Im 29 years old). Really appreciate this. Could be awesome to learn more from you. Thanks @Jason
You do not need to calculate payroll premium if your policy is on a stipulated billing cycle.
Sample Payroll Report.
However, if your policy is not yet on a stipulated billing cycle, this is typically what you will see when we send you a payroll report.
A split payroll report is sent when there is an Anniversary Rating Date on your policy, which is the month and day that rates, rating plans and rating systems are initially applied to a policy in force and each annual anniversary thereafter. Your payroll will need to be annotated for each period specified.
Sample Split Payroll Report.
We will need a complete employee job description before we add the classification to the policy. Please do not report payroll in the new classification until it has been reviewed and endorsed to your policy.
Job Duties Questionnaire.
We recommend you keep a copy of your previous payroll reports and payroll records for at least seven years, as you would your tax records.
Submitting Payroll Reports.
There are three different ways to submit your payroll reports.
State Compensation Insurance Fund P.O. Box 7441 San Francisco, CA 94120-7441.
