Even though you have got so much respect from me as a person, I have many questions on your Satvic movement which I do not seem to gain an answer to. One of these are: - What about oat milk, e.g.? Many foods that you speak about are hard to find if you live in the north where the climate isn’t as sunny as in India, which I guess is where you live (?). I personally live in the Scandinavia. Coconuts i.a. don’t grow here and I believe it might not be good to eat much imported food, healthwise i.e., correct me if I’m wrong.

But I had listened that breakfast should contain proteins carbohydrates...vitamins....so according to you we should not eat heavy food in breakfast Please clear my doubt.. And if we go to school or college ( age 16) and spend approx 9 hours of day in working ( studying......a little bit of playing...) then what type of foods should we eat..??
